Overview

A) Wire

1. Lead Wire (We commonly use UL wire or national standard RV wire according to different selection criteria and models)

2. Internal Conductor Materials: Pure or tinned copper. Silver-plated copper is available for customizing.

3. Insulation : Fireproof PVC materials : UL1007, UL1571, UL1672, UL2464, UL1015CCC, TEFLON : UL1131, UL1332, etc.

4. Color : All kinds of monochrome lines (black, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, brown, purple, grey, white), note line (yellow note green, orange note black, white note black, red note black, yellow note black, blue note black, etc.), specific color can be customized.

B) Connector

1. Terminal: Copper, phosphor bronze, with tin coating, silver coating or gold coating, etc. It can use various foreign or domestic brand materials according to customers’ requirement.

2. Terminal Block: Nylon. We could provide different kinds of fire-retardant materials for client’s requirements.

C) Heat Shrink

1. Internal Conductor Materials: Pure or tinned copper. Silver-plated copper is available for customizing.

2. Insulation : Fireproof PVC materials : UL1007, UL1571, UL1672, UL2464, UL1015CCC, TEFLON : UL1131, UL1332, etc.

3. Protective Jacket Materials: PVC, TEFLON, silicone rubber, etc.

4. Cable QTY and AWG size.: It depends on the quantity of circuit connections and the current requirement in the circuit.

Application

1. Low-voltage motor products, such as stepper motor, brushless dc motor, servo motor, etc.

2. Automation equipment, such as textile machinery, medical equipment, monitoring equipment, office equipment, non-standard automation equipment, etc.
